Do I need existing 3D models?
No. Upload product photos or a product page URL and Viewrium generates an AR-ready 3D model automatically. Existing 3D files are supported if you already have them.
What products work best with AI generation?
Most furniture and home decor products generate successfully using AI. Products with glass, transparent materials, woven rattan, intricate carvings, or highly reflective finishes may benefit from optional manual refinement.
Can I improve a generated model?
Yes. If a model needs additional realism, request manual refinement directly from your dashboard. Our 3D specialists improve the geometry, materials, and textures before publishing.
Who owns the models?
Every model you generate is yours to keep. If you cancel your subscription, you retain ownership of all models you've already created.
Can I generate my whole catalog?
Yes. Generate products individually, in bulk, or send us your catalog and we'll handle the generation process for you.
Will Viewrium slow down my website?
No. The viewer is optimized for ecommerce and loads only when needed, helping minimize any impact on page performance.
Do customers need to install an app?
No. Customers open the AR experience directly from their browser. On supported devices, AR launches natively with no additional downloads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription can be changed or canceled at any time, and every model you've already generated remains yours.
